So today I'm sharing my final results for the 84 day basic schedule. Then in 2 months I will post my final results for the full 20 week schedule.

Not that much difference in the numbers, but when my numbers are already at the low end I can't really expect too much anyway. According to the P90X nutrition guide, I'm in the Elite Athlete Range (12-15%) for my body fat. So I can't really complain! :)

I definitely think my arms look more tone and leaner. I also see more definition in my stomach. Overall I'm really happy about my results so far. I'm really looking forward to the 5 new advanced DVDs I get to do for the remaining 8 weeks of the program!

You're gonna have to let me know how you measure your body fat with those calipers. Do you take the measurements in different spots or just near your hip?
You rock!!! I can definitely see a difference in the pictures. I've tried to let THEM be my gauge vs. the numbers... unless you count body fat percentage that's different those numbers are important.
I second the question about the body fat readings, do tell.
Your shoulders and butt are looking GREAT! haha... okay it sounded a little weird to say that - but honestly - everything is looking more sculpted and toned.
And that is amazing body fat... I wish!!
