Holy smokes day 60 snuck up on me! I have to say that this fitness program, TurboFire by Chalene Johnson, is definitely my favorite Beachbody program so far. I’m still enjoying every single “workout”, if that’s what you want to call it. Doing kickboxing moves to the beat of hit radio music isn’t exactly a torture session to me. Ha!
I’m happy to report that I did eat better this last month. I might’ve had one cheat “day” during the month, otherwise I did have one cheat “meal” every week.
Last month I had gained a half inch on both of my arms. Which, I wasn’t exactly excited about. I’m not really trying to go for the buff bodybuilder frame. I would really like lean, tight arms. My triceps have always been on the fatty side and I really want to get rid of that. So I was excited to see that I lost that half inch that I gained last month. Also according to our body fat caliper I had lost fat in my triceps too. So big YAY!

I’m glad that I started posting my result pics/stats as I go through the programs. It really helps me stay motivated and on track of my fitness journey. It’d be really hard for me to stop now and face everyone that’s just waiting for me to fail and gain my old body back. Which, by the way, isn’t going to happen. ;) For me, accountability brings success, and that’s exactly what I intend to do.
